Salop Amateur Radio Society

We are a friendly and active group meeting weekly on a Thursday evening in Shrewsbury to socialise, discuss all aspects of ham radio, electronics and computing, to hear guest speakers and get involved in club projects and outdoor activities (see the calendar below).

If you are already a shortwave listener or scanner enthusiast you can usually find us on MONDAY afternoons on CW from 4:30pm on 144.070 MHz, and on MONDAY afternoon on 144.6375 at 2pm, and WEDNESDAY evening on our “Club On Air Net” on 144.6375 at around 8pm.

You Will Find: A Breakfast Net on most Week Day Mornings around 0915 Hrs, on 144.230 SSB Please join us you will be most welcome.
